Heaven spent the first five years with her parents, before they parents decided to split in February 2010, filing for divorce citing ‘irreconcilable differences’.
Heaven has a brother named Hendrix, and both Kevin and Torrei agreed on joint custody of their two children – the divorce was finalized in November 2011.

He is a stand-up comedian, producer and an actor, best known for his roles in movies such as “Paper Soldiers” released in 2002 and “Scary Movie” shot in 2003. Kevin was raised solely by his mother, Nancy Hart who worked at the University of Pennsylvania as a systems analyst, as his father Henry Witherspoon was addicted to cocaine, and spent a lot of time behind bars.
Kevin has an older brother named Robert, and the two found comfort in comedy when having to cope with their family situation. Kevin attended George Washington High School, and after matriculation moved to Brockton in Massachusetts, finding a job and not enrolling at college.
