Janet Elizabeth Estevez was born in Dayton, Ohio USA, on 8 July 1944 – her zodiac sign is Cancer and she holds American nationality. She is an actress and a film producer, who might be known best for being the mother of famous American actor Charlie Sheen.

Early life and education

Janet was raised alongside her siblings in Dayton by her mother who was a housewife, and her father who was the owner of a small car dealership.

She became interested in acting at a very early age, and appeared in several plays performed at her elementary school, however, Janet’s parents weren’t happy about her hobby as they wanted her to focus on her studies and obtain her college degree.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0l6ArJEiC5s

Janet nevertheless continued acting while attending New School for Social Research, and she also practiced her acting skills at a local theatre – upon matriculation in 1962, she chose not to enroll at a college (to her parents’ dissatisfaction) but to rather focus on her career as an actress.

Career as an actress

Janet wasn’t able to launch her acting career for around 20 years and during that time worked various jobs to financially support herself – even after she started acting, she has been able to win only two roles to this day, and has thus worked many side jobs for the money.

Janet made her debut TV series appearance in 1983 when cast to play Elaine de Kooning in the biographical historical drama “Kennedy”, which starred John Shea, E. G. Marshall and Geraldine Fitzgerald, and which follows the personal and private life of John F. Kennedy, former President of the USA.

The series was a critical success, winning two awards while it was nominated for seven others including three Golden Globes. In 2000, she made her debut film appearance when she portrayed The Nurse in the biographical drama “Rated X”, written by David McCumber and Norman Snider, directed by Emilio Estevez and which starred her son Charlie, Emilio Estevez and Rafer Weigel – the story follows two brothers who are running a strip club in San Francisco.

Janet gave birth to their first son Emilio Estevez on 12 May 1962 and he is today an actor probably best for his roles in the teen comedy film “The Breakfast Club” and the coming-of-age movie “St. Elmo’s Fire”. Their first daughter Renee Pilar Estevez was born on 2 April 1967, and has also become an actress and a screenwriter. Janet gave birth to their second son Ramon Luis Estevez on 7 August 1963 – he is an actor and a film director currently running Estevez Sheen Productions.

Janet’s third son Carlos Irwin Estevez, stage name Charlie Sheen, was born on 3 September 1965, and is probably the most famous of her children – he is an actor involved in the film industry since 1973.

As of November 2020, Janet is married and has four children.

Janet enjoys spending her free time with her family, but there are also many things which she enjoys doing on her own.

She loves to watch movies in her spare time, and has her own favorite actor and actress – Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet – while a few of her favorite movies are “Titanic”, “Catch Me If You Can” and “The Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind”. She is also keen on watching theatre plays, and has seen numerous since her teenage years.

When she was younger Janet enjoyed travelling, and has been all around the US visiting nearly every state for both work and pleasure, and has also been to several European countries including England and France.

She is a lover of animals and has a pet cat.

Janet’s age is 76. She has long ginger hair and brown eyes, her height is 5ft 3ins (1.61m) and she weighs around 125lbs (56kgs). As of November 2020, her net worth has been estimated at over $100,000 while her son Charlie’s net worth is reputedly over $10 million.

Who is Charlie Sheen?

Charlie was born in New York City USA, holds American nationality and his zodiac sign is Virgo. He might be known best for his portrayal of the lead character Charlie Harper in the critically acclaimed romantic comedy series “Two and a Half Men”, created by Lee Aronsohn and Chuck Lorre and which also starred Jon Cryer and Angus T. Jones.

After Charlie was fired from the show, he was replaced by Ashton Kutcher. The series follows a jingle writer who offers his brother and his 10 years old nephew to stay with him for a while – it was a huge hit and won 30 awards, while it was nominated for 70 others including two Golden Globes.

Charlie grew up in New York City and then in Malibu in California as his family moved there following his appearance in the Broadway play “The Subject Was Roses”. Charlie studied at Santa Monica High School, together with Robert Downey Jr. who is today a famous actor, known for his portrayal of The Iron Man in many Marvel’s movies. Charlie played baseball for his school’s team, but was eventually expelled for not attending classes and so having poor grades.

He has since appeared in numerous movies and TV series, first gaining recognition in 1984 when he appeared alongside Patrick Swayze in the teenage drama movie “Red Dawn” – he also had roles in the series “Amazing Stories”, the critically acclaimed war movie “Platoon”, and the drama film “Wall Street”. After his roles in the Clint Eastwood’s film “The Rookie” and the drama movie “Beyond the Law”, Charlie received his own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 1994.

Three years later, he wrote his first film entitled “Is There Life on Mars?” – in 1998, he wrote and produced as well as played the lead character in the action film “No Code of Conduct. He became more famous after playing the lead character in the comedy movie “Hot Shots!”, while he is today also recognized for his roles in the third, fourth and fifth films in the film series “Scary Movie”.

Charlie has appeared in many TV series such as “Spin City” and “Anger Management”, and he is also a bit of a voice actor having voiced himself in the animated comedy “Family Guy” in 2010.

Charlie holds two Guinness World Records: for being the fastest person to reach one million followers on Twitter, initially gaining around 130,000 followers daily, and for being the highest paid TV actor per episode, receiving $1.25 million for an episode of “Two and a Half Men” – Charlie was let go from the series because of his addiction to alcohol and drugs, often coming late to the set, usually intoxicated and under the influence of drugs.

Charlie has been married three times, plus a long-term partner, and has five kids. He met Paula Profit while attending high school, and she gave birth to his first daughter. Charlie then dated American model and actress Kelly Preston – the two broke up not long after he accidentally shot her in January 1990.

Charlie dated several adult movie actresses, and on 3 September 1995 married Dona Peele, but the two divorced a year later. He started seeing the actress Denise Richards in October 2001 and the two exchanged vows on 15 June 2002 – Denise gave birth to their two daughters in 2004 and 2005, but in the same year, Denise filed for divorce accusing Charlie of threatening her with violence. Charlie married American actress Brooke Mueller on 30 May 2008 and she then gave birth to their twins, however, Charlie and Brooke divorced on 2 May 2011. Since then, he has been in numerous relationships, and some of his girlfriends were pornographic actresses such as Bree Olson. He became engaged to Brett Rossi, a former adult movie actress in February 2014, but then called it off because, according to Charlie, he decided he wanted to spend more time with his family rather than to continue chasing women.

https://www.instagram.com/p/CDCJ-HppWjq/

According to a 2000 issue of the magazine “Maxim”, Charlie had slept with around 5,000 women up to the issue’s release, which would seem something of an exaggeration.

Regardless, Charlie is a philanthropist who served as the spokesperson for the fundraiser Lee National Denim Day, which raised several millions of dollars to be donated to breast cancer research while he has also donated a lot of money to Aid for AIDS. He co-hosted New York Rescue Workers Detoxification Project, and in 2012 donated more than $1 million to the charitable corporation The United Service Organizations Inc. (USO).

Charlie is openly opposing vaccinations, and it’s believed that what caused his and Denise’s divorce was him telling her that she poisoned their daughter after she had her vaccinated.
